2017 Expo & Annual Meeting

Application & Contract for Exhibit Space 

We, the undersigned, are a current active member of NASGW and do hereby make application for exhibit space as indicated below for our use at the 2017 NASGW Expo, October 18 – October 20, 2017, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio, TX. We have read the contract and agree to comply with the 2017 rules governing the event.  

***If your company is not a current member of NASGW, you must first apply for membership and be accepted before you’ll be able to reserve a booth space for the NASGW Expo. Please see the membership application form and “Join NASGW” pages of the www.nasgw.org website for further details.***

Exhibit Space Selection

Booth sizes are pre-slotted per the 2017 San Antonio Convention Center. Rental fee is $16.00/square foot, 100 square foot minimum for “in-line” booth space and $18.00/square foot for “island” booth space (if available).

Payment Information

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your space by March 17, 2017. Selections are not confirmed and contracts will not be accepted without a minimum deposit. The final payment is due by July 17, 2017
