MEETINGS ON THE EXPO FLOOR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED DURING SETUP DUE TO LIABILITY AND SAFETY CONCERNS. FREE MEETING SPACE IS AVAILABLE BY RESERVATION FOR ALL NASGW MEMBERS. THE SHOW FLOOR WILL BE OPEN ON TUESDAY, 10/15 DURING SET UP FOR ANY MANUFACTURER REP GROUPS WITH THE PURCHASE OF A SPECIAL ENTRY WRISTBAND. (SEE REGISTRATION)

Requests will be forwarded in the order in which they are received. You will be contacted directly by the Hotel/Convention Center Staff to finalize all further details. We look forward to another great Annual Meeting & Expo in Kansas City and are happy to assist you in your preparations.

*NOTE – Meeting Space is NOT available during our regular Expo hours or
Tuesday’s (10/15) NASGW Awards Dinner, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
