We, the undersigned, are a current active member of NASGW and do hereby make application for exhibit space as indicated below for our use at the 2024 NASGW Expo, October 16-18, 2024 at the Kansas City Convention Center. We have read the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations and agree to comply with the 2024 rules governing the event.
***If your company is not a current member of NASGW, you must first apply for membership and be accepted before you’ll be able to reserve a booth space for the NASGW Expo. Please see the membership application form and “Join NASGW” pages of the www.nasgw.org website for further details.***
Rental fee is $19.00/square foot (10x10 $1,900 for “in-line” booth space) & $21.00/square foot for “island” booth space (if available)
At this time, full payment is required to reserve a booth for the 2024 Expo. Please complete Booth Application and submit with payment by July 1st.
