We look forward to your participation in the 2026 NASGW Annual Meeting & Expo at the Phoenix Convention Center, October 13-15, 2026. As a reminder, the Annual Appreciation Reception and Dinner will be held on Monday, October 12th 6:15 pm – 9:00 pm at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown.
TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM: use the Online Exhibitor Registration System
To access the registration page, you will log in using your email and password you use to access the Exhibitor Hub. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password/First Time Login link and follow the prompts.
As the key booth contact, you will register all staff members from your company that will be attending this years’ event.
REMINDER: NO show badges are included with booth fees. ALL badges must be purchased.

When registering your team, you MUST include a unique e-mail address with your company e-mail domain for each attendee. There is an option to include a secondary e-mail. If you, as the key contact would like to be copied on the registration confirmation, this is the location to include YOUR e-mail address. All registrations will be vetted and approved. If you do not hear back from us, you are approved. If there are any questions, our staff will contact you. A strict reminder that registering individuals who are NOT NASGW members, or are not direct employees of your company, are grounds for losing your exhibiting privileges.
All booth personnel must purchase a badge. Badges are NOT included with booth fees. Badges allow entrance to the show floor for Exhibitor Set up on Sunday, October 11th and Monday, October 12th from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, entrance on Expo dates and include access to both Tuesday and Wednesday Happy Hours.
