IMPORTANT: Contact buyers that you would like to schedule an appointment with in Kansas City – Call, E-mail, follow up calls – Start making contact with buyers EARLY! You will find the most success at this show by planning ahead and pre-scheduling appointments. Buyers typically plan out their week by going to scheduled meetings. If you are not on their schedule, it may be challenging for them to find time to meet.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to safety and liability issues, there will be absolutely no meetings allowed on the Expo floor on Monday, 10/14. On Tuesday, 10/15, Manufacturer Rep Groups will be allowed on the show floor with the purchase of a special badge/wristband to assist with booth set up. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
