The Gaylord Texan resort in Grapevine is less than 6 miles from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. In-room basic high-speed internet is included in the resort fee. The Gaylord Texan offers bright rooms decorated in copper and tan. Each is equipped with cable TV, a coffee maker and a laptop safe box. Guests can choose from 6 restaurants at the Gaylord, including Old Hickory Steakhouse and the Italian fare of Zeppole. The Glass Cactus Nightclub contains 4 bars, live music and a 2-story deck. The Gaylord’s Paradise Springs pool resort features a lazy river, walk-in beach and a poolside bar and grill. A beautiful atrium, jogging trails and a fitness center are also available. The Gaylord Texan is 2.5 miles from downtown Grapevine.

The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center is the host hotel for the 2025 Annual Meeting & Expo. All hotel reservations will be processed through our authorized housing bureau, Orchid Events

You must make your hotel reservation through Orchid Events. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving your hotel choice.
