2025 Expo & Annual Meeting Application & Contract for Exhibit Space

We, the undersigned, are currently an active member of NASGW and do hereby make application for exhibit space as indicated below for our use at the 2025 NASGW Expo, October 15-17, 2025 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. We have read the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations and agree to comply with the 2024 rules governing the event.

***If your company is not a current member of NASGW, you must first apply for membership and be accepted before you’ll be able to reserve a booth space for the NASGW Expo. Please see the membership application form and “Join NASGW” pages of the www.nasgw.org website for further details.***

Exhibit Space Selection

Rental fee is $20.00/square foot (10x10 $2,000 for “in-line” booth space) & $22.00/square foot for “island” booth space (if available) 

Payment Information

A minimum deposit of 60% is due at this time to secure your booth. The final payment is due on or before July 1, 2025. Selection will not be finalized until payment is received.

At this time, full payment is required to reserve a booth for the 2024 Expo. Please complete Booth Application and submit with payment by July 1st.
